Positions Available :
Part-Time / Temporary
Duties / Responsibilities :
- Greet / Assist guests - be proactive and friendly; provide information and direction
- Have an understanding of the venue layout and features
- Manage Line / Crowd Control - verify entry of guests through tickets, badges or wristbands, direct traffic in and out of venue
- Screen guests during entry including bag checks, walk-thru, hand wand, and visual
- Observe and Report
- Demonstrate and enforce company and venue policies
- Roaming and Patrolling - clearing aisle and assisting with crowd control issues
- Field Intrusion / Barricade - create a secure area between the crowd and the event
- Patrols and monitors an assigned area; reports suspicious activities to local authorities.
- Monitors surveillance cameras, inspects property, and monitors crowds.
- Contacts law enforcement or fire department in case of an emergency.
- After business hours, checks doors, windows, and gates to ensure the property is secure.
- Reasonably detains persons suspected of criminal activity until law enforcement arrives.
- Escorts discharged staff, trespassers, and other unwelcome parties off the premises.
- These duties are minimum requirements of the position. They can change per event. Other duties may be assigned
