What are the responsibilities and job description for the Azure Cloud Engineer position at Triumph Tech?
Since its release in 2014, Spark’s initial project Rock RMS, has been leading the innovation curve of the Church Management Space. Hundreds of ministries have been impacted by this open-source revolution. It’s amazing what God has done and we believe He’s just getting started.
This position is a key hire that will allow Spark to take Rock to the next level by providing consulting services and custom development for churches using Rock. We’re looking for quick learners who are motivated by applying the latest technologies to impact this world for the better.
You’ll be :
Supporting our Microsoft Azure-based Rock Cloud hosted SaaS platform.
Managing our internal and white labeled CDNs.
Administrating our in-office networks, servers and desktops.
Supporting staff IT needs, subscriptions, credentials and accounts.
Managing our electronic security and automation systems.
Supporting Rock podcasts w / recording improvements.
Supporting ongoing office expansions and growth.

Collaborating with churches in the Rock community to understand their needs and communicate effective solutionsSupporting Rock Cloud hosted SaaS model.
Supporting staff IT needs.

You’ll work well if you :
Have expertise in Azure Active Directory (AAD), RBAC, and identity management
Have a strong understanding of and experience with Azure Virtual Networks, Virtual Machines, SQL, and Storage (VNet), Subnets, NSGs, and VPNs
Have experience with Azure Virtual Machines (VMs) & Azure SQL
Have knowledge of Azure Storage (Blob, Table, File, Queue)
Expertise in Azure Active Directory (AAD), RBAC, and identity management
Have experience providing technical solutions or testing in a professional environment.full IT support from Windows desktops to networks and servers in a small office environment.
Have familiarity with building workflows.experience supporting a team of programmers and technical solution providers.
Have Experience experience building reports.with Office 365, Zoom, Dropbox, Asana, Slack, Microsoft Azure, 1Password, Meraki, MFA and PBXs.
Have knowledge of desktop, server and network security.
Have excellent communication skills and a heart for ministry.
For Bonus Points :
Have experience writing SQL scripts with Git.
Are familiar with front-end development using CSS, Less, jQuery and Bootstrap.
Have experience with Lava or Shopify’s Liquid templating language.
Tend to paint everything bright orange.
Have an unusual interest in Rock lobsters.
Can quote from any Star Wars Episode (except Episode I of course).
This position can office locally or remotely and is located in the Phoenix, Arizona, West Valley.
