We are actively seeking a talented and experienced operations analyst / project manager. This position is a key hire that will allow our team to take Rock RMS to the next level by providing project oversight and accountability.
You’ll be :
- Supporting projects from sales through execution to ensure success as defined by adherence to standards of scope, budget and timeline.
- Coordinating various stakeholders and technical team members during project phases from initial development through migration, implementation, customization and support.
- Communicating proactively with all stakeholders to provide accountability, identify problems, create solutions and implement efficiency improvements.
- Anticipating resourcing for future projects in a complex, dynamic environment.
- Preventing and solving problems through critical thinking and detailed understanding of our industry, project types, team and culture.
- Utilizing Rock RMS, project management, time tracking and invoicing software fluently.
