Based in West Hartford, CT, Triumph Systems, Electronics and Controls is a leading independent aerospace system supplier for the commercial and military helicopter and business jet markets and employs approximately 500 employees. The Company’s key products and services include electronic engine controls, fuel metering units, main fuel pumps and environmental control systems for both the OE and aftermarket/spares end markets.

Responsibilities
We have an exciting opportunity for an Intern, Supply Chain to join our West Hartford, CT team.
- Collect, analyze, and summarize information and prepare reports that inform process improvements and help streamline reporting and compliance activities
- Interact with suppliers to obtain required certifications to ensure supplier records are current and supplier is meeting Triumph requirements
- Update various databases to support procurement, supplier quality and compliance activities
- Track, transmit and update various types of commercial agreements and documentation with supply base
- Track and support supplier activation and onboarding as needed
- Qualified candidates must be a rising Junior or Senior Year, with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or related field.
- Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies used in eliminating waste from manufacturing processes desired.
- Ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Good interpersonal skills with ability to deal with all levels in the organization
- Candidates must be a US Citizen or a US Permanent resident
