- Ability to gather and document business processes and requirements

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to effectively engage and work with cross-functional stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or other related field
- Three (3) or more years of business analysis experience
