Overview : We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with a strong background in Salesforce Classic and Lightning platforms and expertise in Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in supporting a high-paced Salesforce Classic to Lightning migration project, ensuring all features, functionality, and data are successfully transitioned. This is a data-intensive project that requires a self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills, Agile expertise, and the ability to communicate effectively across teams.
Key Responsibilities :
- Salesforce Migration Support :
o Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze requirements for migrating from Salesforce Classic to Lightning.
o Lead the transition of all features, functionality, and integrations to the Lightning platform.
o Develop and execute detailed migration strategies, ensuring business continuity.
o Perform data analysis using tools like SQL / SOQL to support migration and data quality initiatives.
o Partner with technical teams to design and implement robust data validation and transformation processes.
o Write clear and detailed user stories, including acceptance criteria, to guide development and QA teams.
o Build comprehensive process flow diagrams using tools like Microsoft Visio.
o Ensure proper documentation of existing and new business processes to align with Salesforce best practices.
o Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and QA, to ensure successful delivery of project milestones.
o Leverage Agile and SAFe best practices, participate in sprint planning, and adapt to changing project priorities in a fast-paced environment.
o Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure alignment of goals and expectations.
o Present updates, risks, and solutions to stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
