In-depth knowledge of PeopleSoft modules related to Benefits ,HR and BenAdmin.
Clear and concise knowledge of how the products PeopleSoft and third-party applications work technically to solution issues in the production databases.
Excellent communication and leading skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders and convey complex ideas in a clear manner.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Conduct analysis and assessment of existing benefits processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Provide expertise, guidance, and support to end-users on PeopleSoft functionalities related to inventory and cost management.
Conduct training sessions and create documentation to facilitate user adoption and knowledge transfer.
