Role Overview : We are seeking a skilled Senior Scrum Lead / Project Manager with expertise in Agile / Scrum methodologies and hands-on project management . The candidate will lead Scrum ceremonies, collaborate with stakeholders, manage backlogs, and ensure efficient project delivery.
Responsibilities :
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies : Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Technical Architects, and Business Analysts to prioritize and manage backlogs.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
- Communicate project updates, risks, and solutions to stakeholders.
- Mentor teams to adopt Agile practices and optimize performance.
