Role : Systems Administrator (SME)

Location : Martinez, CA

Duration : 6 months Contract to Hire

Overview : We are seeking a Subject Matter Expert (SME) Systems Administrator to lead technical efforts for the Library Department. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Windows environments, Active Directory (AD), Azure cloud administration, and endpoint management using Tanium. This role requires strong leadership in building new domain controllers and handling complex system administration tasks.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the buildout and management of new domain controllers.
• Administer and manage Windows environments, Active Directory, and Azure cloud infrastructure.
• Oversee endpoint management using Tanium.
• Ensure system security, performance tuning, and routine maintenance.
• Provide technical support and guidance to team members and end-users.
• Collaborate with other IT departments to ensure seamless integration and operation.

Qualifications :

Preferred : Experience with private cloud environments.
