Role: Techno-Functional BA/BSA (Billing)
Location: San Jose, CA (Hybrid)
Duration: 3 to 6 Months
Job Summary: We are seeking a Techno-Functional Analyst (Billing) with a strong background in subscription management and billing platforms, ideally Zuora. However, candidates with experience in other billing platforms and deep SQL database expertise are also encouraged to apply. The role involves analyzing, optimizing, and supporting billing processes to enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand and document billing-related requirements.
- Provide technical and functional support for subscription billing processes.
- Leverage Zuora (or other billing platforms) to configure, troubleshoot, and optimize billing workflows.
- Develop and execute SQL queries to analyze and extract data for reporting and troubleshooting.
- Ensure seamless integration between billing systems and other enterprise applications.
- Support billing-related reconciliations, invoicing, and revenue recognition processes.
- Collaborate with IT and finance teams to improve overall billing operations.
- Provide recommendations to enhance automation, reporting, and data accuracy in billing systems.
Required Qualifications:
- 6 years of experience in subscription billing and management systems.
- Experience with Zuora is highly preferred, but candidates with experience in other billing platforms (SAP BRIM, Oracle Subscription Management, etc.) will also be considered.
- Strong expertise in SQL and database management (not necessarily limited to Oracle PL/SQL).
