We're seeking experienced professionals for the roles of Audit Manager and Audit Senior to join our Torrance-based team. Work in a collaborative, bilingual environment supporting a diverse portfolio of clients — including U.S.-Japan cross-border businesses.
🔹 Audit Manager – What You’ll Do
- Oversee day-to-day audit engagements across multiple industries.
- Supervise, coach, and develop seniors, associates, and interns.
- Review audit workpapers and ensure compliance with professional standards.
- Communicate audit findings and technical issues to partners and clients.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and other client-facing deliverables.
- Maintain strong client relationships and manage project timelines.
- Identify opportunities for efficiency and performance improvements.
- Support non-attestation services such as bookkeeping, M&A, HR, and IT advisory.
✅ Audit Manager – What We’re Looking For
- 5 years of recent public accounting audit experience.
- Active CPA license required.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and audit methodology.
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Flexibility to travel as needed.
- Bonus: Japanese language skills or experience working with Japanese clients.
🔸 Audit Senior – What You’ll Do
- Perform audit fieldwork and documentation for a variety of clients.
- Identify and report accounting/auditing issues to managers and partners.
- Work closely with U.S. and Japan-based clients to ensure audit efficiency.
- Apply audit methodology and maintain proper documentation.
- Support junior staff and foster a collaborative team environment.
- Assist with non-attestation services (e.g., advisory, bookkeeping, M&A).
✅ Audit Senior – What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field; CPA eligibility required.
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Team-oriented with a proactive mindset.

Salary : $75,000 - $130,000
