Open Road Collision is searching for a Collision Repair Technician / Body Technician. The Certified Repair Technician will have the ability to provide exceptional customer service and work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. The incumbent will report to a nationally owned facility, 1st Choice Collision, in Bryan, Texas.
As a Collision Repair Technician, you will :
- Work and communicate with others on vehicle repair and status
- Perform quality repairs while keeping on-time status in mind
- Have the ability to use frame machine
- Perform work as outlined on repair orders
- Perform welding, body alignment, frame / unibody repairs, and cosmetic panel repairs
- Operate all equipment in the collision center in a safe and productive manner
- Follow Safety Standards for the use of personal protective equipment (e.g., safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection) while working on the production floor
- Inspect all work performed as a Quality Control (QC) measure as soon as jobs are completed
- Mix all chemicals according to manufacturer directions / specifications
- Integrate into a blueprint model in which you might not disassemble the car you are working on
