Epika is hiring a Financial Analyst for Accounting & Finance as a full-time job in Nashville, TN.
As a Financial Analyst, you will collect, analyze, and interpret quantitative data, create meaningful reports, and make sound business recommendations to Executive Management. A collaborative problem-solver, the Financial Analyst will understand the numbers and the broader business context around them. Effective communication with cross functional team, specifically finance, accounting, and operations is key for success.
Epika, a member of the Trivest portfolio of companies, is a network of mobile and in-shop preventative maintenance and repair centers serving commercial fleets across the country.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development of financial projections, including the annual budget
- Analyze financial results and variances and prepare various internal financial reports
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators to drive analytics throughout the organization
- Participate in the monthly closing process, identifying and investigating material variances
- Build financial models for acquisitions and budgeting, identifying key drivers, tracking acquisition targets, and assessing financial goals
Job Requirements:
- BA/BS in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field, MBA a plus
- 2 or more years of previous financial planning and analysis or directly relevant professional experience
- Advanced Excel knowledge required, as well as effective utilization of other Microsoft Office tools such as PowerPoint, Word, Teams, Outlook
- Hands-on self-starter committed to getting the job done with the ability to work effectively both individually and cross-functionally as part of a team
- Power BI experience a plus
