ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Lead the end-to-end process for developing, revising, routing, and approving print and digital marketing assets. Manage internal systems (e.g., Proquis, Showpad, SharePoint) and ensure seamless delivery to external platforms and stakeholders.
- Lead and manage assigned third-party programs including the development and execution of key strategic initiatives such as social media campaigns, customer relationship management (CRM) programs, or other new or enhanced programs and partnerships to support the company’s core initiatives.
- Plan and execute key tradeshows, conferences, and corporate events. Responsibilities include logistics management, vendor coordination, budget tracking, event registration, promotional material creation, on-site support, and post-event analysis.
- Manage department budgets for assigned projects, including expense tracking, invoice coding, purchase order coordination, and financial reporting.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for select external vendors, overseeing contracts, estimates, project timelines, invoice processing, and ensuring quality execution of services.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Managed Care leadership to understand the goals and objectives of key accounts and stakeholders, drivers of sales, competitive trends, opportunities for growth, and ability to deliver overall value and support to our partners and customers.
- Partner with internal marketing colleagues in developing creative content, reviewing copy for accuracy, and ensuring brand consistency across all materials.
- Assist senior marketing leadership and cross-functional teams with day-to-day project execution and support tasks as needed.
