Trivium Charter School, a Personalized Learning Public Charter School, is accepting applications for full-time and part-time substitute teaching positions for the 2024-2025 school year. We are looking for dynamic, engaging teachers who are interested in working in a collaborative environment where hands-on, project-based learning is emphasized and encouraged! Teachers must be comfortable learning new technology and adapting to different student’s curricula and learning styles. Our academic program is highly successful and we are growing!
Full-time Substitute teachers are required to be in the classroom four days per week to teach and assist. This would require supporting three of Trivium's campuses in Santa Maria, Lompoc, and Santa Barbara, CA. This position is a salary position starting at $72,700.
Our pay is extremely competitive. We use a performance rating system so you can jump up in pay quickly each year if your performance is great.
Applicants must have a Single Subject or Multiple Subject California teaching credential - preliminary or clear. Substitute credentials accepted as well. Interested?
