Job Description General BA- ITS, supporting the DFI (Developmental Finance Institute) within ITSFE (financial engineering)
Gathering and developing requirements, working with business and development teams
Needs to understand business processes, establish relationships with business teams, and serve as conduit across groups
Gather and translate requirements between business and tech teams- serve as that connection
Biggest gap is between technical team and business team
Technical requirements are not being translated well, which is why they need this resource

Written skills
