Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Field Service Engineer to join our team and provide expert support in inspection, troubleshooting, and performance optimization of electrostatic precipitators (ESP) and related equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct on-site inspections of electrostatic precipitators (ESP) and auxiliary equipment.
- Provide technical support, diagnostics, and troubleshooting for ESP systems and related control equipment.
- Analyze process parameters to enhance and optimize ESP performance.
- Work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure system efficiency and reliability.
- Document findings, prepare reports, and recommend improvements to maximize system performance.
- Maintain a strong focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Travel 60-70% of the time to client sites across various industries.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 5 years of experience in the operation, maintenance, or construction of electrostatic precipitators is preferred, but not required.
- Strong background in troubleshooting microprocessor-based voltage and rapper controls is ideal.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE), Mechanical Engineering (BSME) or equivalent preferred. Advanced degrees are a bonus.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a customer-focused environment.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- Strong commitment to technical excellence and continuous improvement.
Preferred Location:
- Candidates should preferably be located near one of our Field Office locations in Cleveland, OH, or Pensacola, FL.
- Highly experienced candidates may live anywhere and work remotely.
