As we enter the next phase of growth, we’re searching for a UX Design Co-Founder to join our founding team and help shape the future of music discovery.

Role Overview

As the UX Design Co-Founder , you’ll play a critical role in defining, designing, and refining the user experience across our platforms. Your expertise will guide the development of intuitive, scalable, and visually appealing solutions tailored to diverse user groups, including fans, artists, and music curators. Beyond design, you’ll be a strategic partner in shaping the company’s vision, culture, and growth.

Responsibilities

  • Product Design Leadership : Lead the end-to-end design process, from user research and wireframing to prototyping and final implementation.
  • Strategic Collaboration : Work closely with the CEO and technical team to align UX strategies with business goals and user needs.
  • Data-Driven Design : Utilize user feedback, analytics, and A / B testing to optimize interfaces and ensure seamless user journeys.
  • User-Centered Design : Create intuitive experiences for diverse audiences, including fans, curators, and artists, balancing functionality and aesthetic appeal.
  • Design System Development : Build and maintain a cohesive design system to ensure consistency across all platforms and touchpoints.
  • Team Building : Recruit, mentor, and manage future design talent as the company scales.

Qualifications

  • Experience : 5 years in UX / UI design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in designing web and mobile applications.
  • Technical Skills : Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD; familiarity with front-end technologies is a plus.
  • Visionary Thinking : A passion for building from scratch and the ability to balance creativity with strategic execution.
  • User Empathy : A deep understanding of user behavior, needs, and motivations, with experience designing for multiple personas.
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit : Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with limited resources and high impact.
  • Communication Skills : Exceptional ability to present ideas, designs, and strategies to stakeholders and team members.
