The Company
TRM Innovative Hearth Products is the buyout of several companies that have been merged throughout the years including but not limited to Fireplace Manufacturers Inc., (FMI), and Lennox Industries Hearth Division. The aggregate company included rollups of Marco; Superior Fireplace, which began in the 1930s; stove and insert companies including Country Stoves, established in 1977. FMI, a subsidiary of Desa, rolled up Design Dynamics in vented and vent-free logs in the early 2003 timeframe. Subsequently, the management team from the FMI segment of Desa acquired the assets of their division in 2008. On January of 2023 TRM Equity purchased the operating assets of Innovative Hearth Products, LLC and created TRM Innovative Hearth Products, LLC.
Job Title : NV Credit Analyst

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for managing the collection and correspondence efforts for designated accounts such as sending reminders to accounts currently due, making systematic collection follow-ups on past due accounts, and making notation in AR system on any significant customer comments, agreement and updates.
- Monitor and enforce payment plans agreed to by delinquent customers and promptly bring any potential problem accounts to manager attention.
- Pull copies of invoices, statements, credit or debit memos, and request and provide proof of delivery, as required by the customer.
- Enlist the efforts of sales and senior management when necessary to accelerate the collection process.
- Must communicate and follow up effectively with management and sales department regarding customer accounts on a timely basis.
- Establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships with customers and sales.
- Monitor and manage the credit release screen of orders on credit hold and communicating both internally and to customer if order will be delayed due to credit issues.
- Prepare monthly customers’ statements and weekly activity logs.
- Research, reconcile and prepare adjustments, write offs to bad debt, and check requests to customers as needed.
- Initiate credit memo request and forward to appropriate contact when customer dispute is recognized for freight / tax / pricing / etc.
- Issue monthly credits to customers that qualify for rebate programs.

Position requires fluency in English. Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
