The Company

TRM Innovative Hearth Products is the buyout of several companies that have been merged throughout the years including but not limited to Fireplace Manufacturers Inc., (FMI), and Lennox Industries Hearth Division. The aggregate company included rollups of Marco; Superior Fireplace, which began in the 1930s; stove and insert companies including Country Stoves, established in 1977. FMI, a subsidiary of Desa, rolled up Design Dynamics in vented and vent-free logs in the early 2003 timeframe. Subsequently, the management team from the FMI segment of Desa acquired the assets of their division in 2008. On January of 2023 TRM Equity groups completely purchased IHP and created TRM Innovative Hearth Products.

Job Title : RV Maintenance Technician

Job Description : The Maintenance Technician is responsible for keeping a facility operating and repairing any problems when they are discovered before they have a chance to worsen. A Maintenance Technician will usually be required to perform a wide range of repair tasks around a facility. The RV Maintenance Technician behavior that supports IHP values.Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Performing routine maintenance around the building such as fixing structural damage, for example, window, door or wall repair.
• Repairing broken or leaking plumbing to avoid water damage and restore full use of water fixtures.
• Working on damaged electrical wiring when a shortage or severed wire occurs.
• Perform general handyman work.
• Order parts and new appliances.
• Complete required paperwork for orders and update the status of property maintenance
• Keeping the Property Manager informed on the overall condition of the property and coordinating resolution of outstanding issues.
• Responding to emergency maintenance requests which may include occasional afterhours, weekends, and / or holidays, though this is rare.
• Completing service requests in a timely manner.

Language Ability :

Position requires fluency in English. Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
