Warehouse Associate/Forklift Operator

Position Overview

Trojan Battery Sales is seeking an Experienced Warehouse Operator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently moving products through the warehouse, ensuring they are prepared for timely transportation to our customers. As a crucial member of our team, you'll work collaboratively to ensure our products are delivered safely and on time. Attention to detail is essential, as you'll be tracking inventory as it moves through the warehouse. Key Responsibilities

• Product Movement & Preparation: Efficiently move products throughout the warehouse to ensure they are ready for delivery to customers.
• Order Fulfillment: Pick, consolidate, and prepare orders based on sales orders and pick tickets, ensuring accuracy and quality.
• Shipping & Staging: Shrink wrap, label, and stage orders for shipping. Ensure all orders are ready for loading at the end of each day.
• Inventory Management: Receive, verify, and organize incoming purchase orders from vendors. Maintain organized and accurate bin locations for inventory.
• Cycle Counts & Stock Audits: Assist with regular inventory counts and reconciliation of stock levels.
• Fleet Support: Assist with Golf Cart Fleet installations as needed.
• Customer Deliveries: Operate a non-CDL company vehicle to assist with customer deliveries.
• Equipment Operation: Safely operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, electric pallet jacks, and stretch wrap machines.
• Other Duties: Support warehouse operations and perform additional tasks as required.

Basic Qualifications

• Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in a warehouse or customer service role, preferably in an assembly or production environment.
• Education: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Communication Skills: Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking basic English.
• Driver’s License: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Forklift Certification: Must be certified to operate both sit-down and stand-up forklifts.
• Preferred Experience: Experience with assembly and production operations is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $18.50 per hour
