Job Description:
Position Overview: As a Supplementor at Trojan Roofing, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers receive the maximum benefits from their insurance claims. This entry-level position does not require prior experience, as we are willing to provide comprehensive training to the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze insurance claims and estimates.
- Prepare and submit supplemental documentation to insurance companies.
- Communicate effectively with insurance adjusters and customers.
- Follow up on pending supplements and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of all supplements and related documentation.
- Collaborate with the sales and production teams to ensure seamless claim processes.
