Entry Level- (will train) Production Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated Entry-Level Production Manager to join our team. This is a dynamic, hands-on role that involves overseeing and coordinating roof inspections, photography, and field operations. As the Production Manager, you will ensure that inspections are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. You’ll manage a small team, track progress, and ensure quality while gaining experience in roofing, project management, and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate daily field operations for roof inspections and photography projects.
• Manage a team of field technicians, ensuring they are equipped, prepared, and scheduled for each day’s work.
• Monitor the progress of ongoing roof inspections and ensure that all projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards.
• Ensure safety protocols and operational procedures are followed, including the use of proper safety gear (ladders, harnesses, etc.) on job sites.
• Handle scheduling and dispatching of technicians to various job sites based on project needs.
• Ensure that all inspections are documented accurately, including capturing high-quality photos of roof conditions, damages, and measurements.
• Serve as the main point of contact for field technicians, addressing any issues, delays, or concerns that arise in the field.
• Coordinate with the office team to ensure all data from inspections is recorded, reported, and communicated effectively to clients and project managers.
• Provide feedback and support to team members to improve operational efficiency and quality of work.

Qualifications:

• Entry-level role—no prior management experience required, but a willingness to learn and take on responsibility is essential.
• Strong organizational and communication skills to manage field teams and coordinate projects.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, field-based environment with occasional travel to multiple job sites per day.
• A basic understanding of construction, roofing, or property inspections is a plus but not required—training will be provided.
• Proficiency in basic computer programs (email, scheduling tools, etc.) to manage tasks and communicate with the team.
• Comfortable using smartphones or digital cameras to document inspections and track progress.
• Ability to work independently, make decisions on the fly, and manage time effectively.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to travel between job sites.
