Responsibilities include and not limited to:
- Remain current in knowledge of all product lines
- Ensure customers are provided service through adequate coverage of counter sales staff
- Communicate directly with customers
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management
- Opening and closing store
- Monitor and interact with social media accounts
- Creating appealing displays (instore and online)
- General up-keep of the store
The ideal candidate:
- Possesses at least one year of experience in specialty retail or jewelry sales and one year of retail management
- Ability to solve practical problems and handle a variety of concrete variables in situations
- Possesses excellent customer service skills and experience with face-to-face or commission sales
- Fun personality
- Willing to learn
- Follows direction
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Comfortable working alone and with a team
- Has open availability
- Multi-tasker
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
