Essential Job Duties:
- Greet guests warmly and ensure a welcoming atmosphere
- Set tables with clean linens, glassware, and silverware prior to guests arriving
- Clear plates, glassware, and utensils from tables after guests have finished their meals in a timely manner
- Assist servers in delivering food to guests, ensuring orders are complete and correctly presented
- Deliver tableside food presentation upon training and manager request
- Ensure that chairs and tables are arranged neatly and that the dining area is free of clutter throughout service
- Assist Front of House team in successful execution of private/large events by staffing water, food, or cocktail stations
- Work closely with kitchen staff and other servers to ensure seamless service
- Reset server stations and dining room with proper supply levels following service
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions
- Other duties as assigned
Skills / Knowledge Required:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. and work in a physically demanding environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
