Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role for a Captain at Trolley Pub Columbus, located in Columbus, OH. The Captain will be responsible for leading and entertaining guests during pub crawl & city tours, ensuring a fun and safe experience. Duties include managing the itinerary, engaging with passengers, coordinating stops at bars and pubs, and overseeing the overall tour operation.
Qualifications
- Customer service and entertainment skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Clean driving record. (minor violations are okay)
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Knowledge of Columbus nightlife and popular venues
- Experience in event coordination or hospitality industry is a plus
- Must be at least 21 years old
