Troncalli Subaru is actively seeking to add a Service Advisor to their growing team.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them with vehicle concerns and questions
- Advise customers about needed repairs and maintenance
- Help to identify a mechanical concern by providing accurate information on repair order to help technician diagnose
- Provide accurate repair estimate and time to complete
- Provide continuous follow up to customers on the status of their vehicle
- Maintain at or above standards on olp/nps (csi)
Requirements:
- Ability to work most Saturdays with a day off during week
- Supurb follow up skills
- Experience of at least 2 years in a high volume dealer
- Reynolds and Reynolds experience a plus
- Able to pass pre-employment background checks, mvr, and drug screen.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
