Are you the type of person who enjoys:
- Planning, organizing and controlling multiple responsibilities and resources to achieve assignment objectives
- (reviews/compilations, tax work, C-Corp, S-Corp, individuals, partnerships, 1040s, 1099s, bookkeeping)
- Multi-tasking and managing a large volume of client engagements while maintaining efficiencies and high-quality client service
- Communicating complex technical matters into an understandable format for clients
- Directing and maintaining a motivated and empowered work team
- Managing an assignment budget and profitability for assigned projects and client engagements
- Maintaining current knowledge of professional standards, and obtaining a detailed understanding of emerging laws and regulations to be able teach/train associates
- Drafting client deliverables, attending client meetings, presenting financial deliverables to clients
- Occasional local/regional travel for client meetings and field work
- Building a network of referral sources, prospect engagement, and engaging with clients on various firm services
Do you have:
- 5 years of experience in public accounting and tax role . (required)
- 2 years of experience preparing, reviewing, and signing returns (preferred)
- Bachelor’s/Master’s/MBA degree in accounting (required)
- CPA License, or in pursuit of CPA or EA designation (preferred)
- Experience supervising a team on multiple assignments

Salary range: $85,000-$105,000
