As the Ecommerce and Paid Ads Manager at Troomi Wireless, you will play a pivotal role in driving our digital advertising strategy across key platforms like Google, Meta, Amazon, and affiliate marketing channels. Your expertise will be instrumental in optimizing campaigns to maximize reach, engagement, and conversions, ultimately helping parents discover and trust our kid-safe technology solutions.

You will oversee all aspects of paid advertising, from strategy development and campaign execution to performance analysis and optimization. Your goal will be to ensure our digital advertising efforts align with Troomi's brand objectives and contribute to the growth of our customer base.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Develop and Execute Digital Advertising Strategies

Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook / Instagram), Amazon, and affiliate platforms.

Manage budgets, bids, and performance metrics to achieve KPIs and ROI targets.

Continuously test and iterate ad creatives, targeting, and landing pages to improve campaign performance.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and efficiency in our digital advertising efforts.

Ecommerce Management

Oversee our ecommerce platforms to optimize product listings, pricing strategies, and promotions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure ecommerce strategies align with overall marketing and sales objectives.

Monitor and analyze ecommerce performance metrics, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.

Analytics and Reporting

Track and analyze campaign performance data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.

Prepare regular reports on campaign effectiveness, highlighting key metrics, trends, and optimizations.

Use data-driven insights to adjust strategies and tactics for continuous improvement.

Affiliate Marketing

Manage relationships with affiliate partners and networks to expand our reach and drive incremental sales.

Develop promotional strategies and provide necessary resources to affiliate partners to optimize campaign performance.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Proven experience (3 years) in digital advertising, ecommerce management, and paid media campaigns.

Strong proficiency in managing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Amazon Advertising, and affiliate networks.

Experience with e-commerce platforms is a plus.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw actionable conclusions.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and manage external relationships.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
