What are the responsibilities and job description for the System Technician position at Troon Golf?
Troon Headquarters in Scottsdale is seeking a system technician to join our team. The Systems Technician is the first response to any and all company related IT support needs that encompass a wide range of IT hardware and software solutions. Our Tier 1 Helpdesk staff captures general information regarding the concern, need or issue and either resolves the concern or advises and escalates the ticket as deemed necessary.
Compensation : $47,000-$54,000. In-office position.
Qualifications, Experience and Skill Requirements :
- Working knowledge of fundamental operations of relevant software, hardware and other equipment
- Ability to work with ticketing systems to document all support calls
- Familiar with Microsoft Operating Systems and Office Suites
- Flexibility with schedule as this position does require shift work
- Associates degree with an emphasis of computer information systems
- Preferred certifications; A , Net and / or MCDST
