Job Summary
Position maintains tennis courts and surrounding area, performs general repair, maintenance & janitorial duties and operates light maintenance machinery.
Responsibilities :
Daily maintenance of all tennis courts including but not limited to : sweeping, lining, and debris removal, Pressure washing, painting, sweeping, and other assigned tasks.
Prepares the tennis courts for daily play. Notifies the Tennis Shop front desk of daily court conditions.
Repairs fences, sprinklers, tennis nets and windscreens as needed. Records all work completed in log book.
Maintain clear communication with members, management, and other associates.
Qualifications :
Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
Willing to work outdoors regardless of weather conditions.
Must have ability to multi task.
Excellent communications skills.
Possess a valid FL driver's license with driving history to meet insurability standards
Must be able to work a flexible work schedule to include weekends and holidays.
Prior similar tennis court maintenance experience is preferred
