Compensation: $17.99 - $20.00 per hour BOE
Responsibilities:

Completes end of day closings in Appfolio - accounting platform

Complete daily deposits to necessary banks

Complete month end financials for POA. (Run necessary reports for Company CPA)

Inputs GL codes for all payable invoices
-
Reconciles monthly credit card accounts
-
Maintain and record daily financials
-
Responsible for yearly invoicing of homeowner dues and monthly invoicing of late fees

Record and process Dues and Non-Dues Checks into Appfolio
-
Update and maintain daily Troon Golf MIR (income / expense tracking)

Direct contact for homeowner’s regarding their accounts
-
Direct contact for closing attorney’s
-
Direct Contact for CPA at company headquarters

Direct Contact for treasurer of the POA Board
-
Direct Contact for accounts payable team
-
Contact for Collection Attorney
-
Contact for Vendors (invoice, payment)
-
Review pending/processing/paid invoices in Dock Link
-
Files paid invoices
-
Performs other duties as required
Key Skills:
- Excel at mathematics, analytical abilities, overall financial picture, budgets, accounting practices, communication – written and verbal.
- Experienced in many computer applications and platforms.
