Responsibilities:
- Responsible for organizing and hosting the daily activities as listed in the monthly activity calendar.
- Responsible for welcoming and assisting guests as they enter into the club.
- Responsible for following policies and procedures as set forth to ensure guest/member access, safety, and enjoyment for all guests/members.
- Responsible for ensuring all inventory needs are met.
- Must be able to conduct cash handling and point of sale at Sundries Retail.
- Be a team leader and lead by example.
- It will be the responsibility of the Activity Host to maintain effective lines of communication between all team members in regards to club operations and issues relating to the guests/members.
- Responsible to help keep the pool deck cleaned up and organized.
- High School Diploma preferred
- Experience in recreational hospitality, Cruise Ships, Summer Camps and or DJ, retail sales
- Must be able to pass CPR/First Aid certifications within in timely manner
- Able to work well under pressure and balance multiple priorities and assignments
- Must be change adaptive, flexible, and empathetic
- Must be highly customer oriented and responsive with a high need for closure
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work outdoors and different weather conditions
- Comfortable speaking into a microphone to large crowds.
