What are the responsibilities and job description for the Food & Beverage Operations Staff position at Troon?
Key Responsibilities:
Qualified candidates will provide assistance to various areas of the Food and Beverage Department. Candidates will float between the beverage cart staff, serving staff, bartending staff, and banquet events. Candidates may also perform other duties assigned by manager or supervisor.
Qualifications, Knowledge, and Skill Requirements:
Must have 1-2 years of related experience in F&B.
Knowledge of pertinent health regulations and liquor laws.
Must have food and beverage/beverage cart and banquet experience.
Must be highly organized, efficient and detail oriented.
Must have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Must have strong service orientation.
Other Qualifications:
Regular and reliable attendance.
Food Handler & BASSET certifications are strongly recommended.
