Key Responsibilities include developing, implementing and ensuring that all quality standards for Golf Club of Estrella's golf operations and golf facilities are maintained, through the supervision and direction of the Golf Club of Estrella staff, providing excellent customer service and delivering an exceptional golf experience. Candidate will be responsible for driving performance to attain established goals in collaboration with the General Manager. Candidate must be a team player, have a passion for customer service, and be a hands-on servant leader.
Experience and Qualifications Required
The ideal candidate should display a passion for the game of golf and a track record of high quality engagement with fellow staff, members and club guests.
- PGA Member A1, A8 in good standing
- Experience as a lead assistant or high ranking assistant
- Service-oriented with a positive upbeat attitude, attention to detail, excellent communication skills.
- Excellent tournament operations background
- Strong comprehension of Microsoft Office, experience using Golf Genius tournament software, and P.O.S. systems (Jonas experience preferred).
- Merchandising, Inventory control and Invoice experience.
- Junior Golf Experience
- Experience with TrackMan, Simulator Golf and club fitting.
- Self-motivated and team oriented.
- Strong teaching and playing skills.
