Hot Dog Cart Attendant (Seasonal, Now - May 2025)

BallenIsles Country Club is excited to announce the exceptional career opportunity of Seasonal Hot Dog Cart Attendant (Now – May 2025). This role requires someone who is comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions while providing excellent customer service. Qualified candidates will thrive in a hospitality environment and be highly focused on providing superior service.

Key Responsibilities:
• Customer Service: Greet members with a positive attitude, take food and beverage orders, and ensure timely and friendly service.
• Food Preparation: Cook hot dogs and other food items as per the menu and serve them to customers.
• Cart Maintenance: Keep the cart clean and organized, ensuring all food items, supplies, and equipment are well-maintained.
• Health and Safety Compliance: Follow all health and safety regulations, including food handling and cleanliness standards.
• Stocking & Restocking: Ensure that all necessary supplies are stocked and ready for the day’s operations.
• Customer Satisfaction: Respond to member inquiries and address any concerns in a professional and helpful manner.
• Outdoor Readiness: Adapt to changing weather conditions, including heat, cold, or rain, while maintaining excellent service.

Qualifications:
• Previous experience in food service or customer service is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a friendly and positive attitude.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Must be able to maintain cleanliness and safety standards at all times.
• Ability to read and speak English is required in order to perform the duties of the job.

Schedule:
• Seasonal: From now until May 2025.
• Hours: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM, with flexibility for weekends and some holidays.

Compensation:
• $18- $20 Competitive hourly wage based on experience.
