BallenIsles Country Club is excited to announce the exceptional career opportunity of Seasonal Full-Time Junior Maintenance Position (Now – May 31st). Qualified candidates will thrive in a hospitality environment and be highly focused on providing superior service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with minor repairs around the property, including furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
• Maintains cleanliness and appearance of exterior of the facility including but not limited to: emptying trash cans and ashtrays, sweeping walkways, picking up litter, and arranging outdoor furniture.
• Maintains cleanliness and appearance of interior areas of the facility including but not limited to: emptying trash cans and ashtrays, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and arranging furniture.
• Identify and report to supervisor when supplies are needed.
• Regular and reliable attendance.
• Performs other duties as required.
Qualifications:
• Must be able to work a flexible work schedule to include weekends and holidays, full-time through May 31st.
Physical Demands:
• Frequently uses hands, reaches with hands and arms. Regularly climbs, balances, stoops, kneels, crouches, crawls, stands, walks, sits. Frequently lifts or carries up to 50 pounds.
Environment/Noise:
• Occasionally works in wet or humid conditions, near moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles. Frequently works in outdoor weather conditions. Noise level is moderate.
