What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lifeguard position at Troon?
REQUIREMENTS
• Must maintain current certification as a BSA or Red Cross lifeguard or similar certifying body.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to work a varying work schedule
JOB DUTIES
• Assist in tracking and reporting maintenance needs to the Tennis Director
• Able to lead IROEC specific procedures including swim checks, orientation talks, and organize play for summer campers.
• Enforce all guidelines, procedures, and standards of the aquatics area.
• Complete job training including regular in-service training.
• Perform rescues and provide care to your level of training through the Red Cross Lifeguard/CPR/AED certification.
• Willing to work with guests of all ages and abilities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
