What are the responsibilities and job description for the Line Cook position at Troon?
Mill Creek Country Club is looking for an organized, hard-working person to join our kitchen team.
Every perfectly prepared meal must pass through the “line” on its way to the table. In this role, you will ensure recipes are followed and the dish is made to specification.

Line Cooks are efficient, great communicators and quick on their feet. We measure success in guest satisfaction, which is not always an easy task.
$19 - $20 per hour
You’re Great At:
• The cooking basics, you will be asked to prepare a variety of dishes.
• Working quickly, without sacrificing quality.
• Identifying food safety and cleanliness issues, with the drive to solve the problem.
You must be able to:
• Work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays (when needed)
