POSITION SUMMARY
The pool attendant maintains safe and clean conditions on the pool deck, as well as check people in at the pool’s front desk.
Creates a safe and positive atmosphere that promotes member safety and engagement in accordance with company policies and procedures.
EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, AND SKILLS REQUIRED
- Minimum age of 16
- Customer service oriented
ESSENTIAL RESPOSIBILITIES
- Check in Members of the club at the pool’s front desk
- Sell sunscreen and T-Shirts
- Maintains effective, positive relationships with the members, participants, and other staff
- Knows, understands, and consistently applies safety rules, policies, and guidelines for the pool and aquatic area.
- All other miscellaneous duties and projects as assigned by supervisor
