Pay Rate: $12.25/hour
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and check in members and guests at the pool entrance.
• Verify memberships and collect guest fees as needed.
• Provide information about pool rules, hours, and events.
• Manage facility to prevent nonmembers from entering.
• Answer phones, provide membership information as requested, and sign up new members.
• Maintain cleanliness of facility according to established daily maintenance procedures.
• Maintain understanding of operating procedures for pool and fitness equipment.
• Complete checklist for opening, closing, and daily procedures.
• Works the POS system to sell snacks and food to members.
• Communicate with lifeguards and pool staff to ensure a safe and welcoming environment.
• Incorporate safe work practices in job performance.
• Regular and reliable attendance.
• Performs other duties as required.
Education/Experience:
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic computer skills.
• Some customer service experience helpful.
Certificates/Licenses:
• CPR and First Aid Certification a plus
