What are the responsibilities and job description for the Server Assistant position at Troon?
We are looking to add friendly, outgoing people to our food and beverage team! We have full and part time opportunities available; we offer flexible schedules, shift meals provided daily and scholarships are available to staff and their dependents.
As a Server Assistant we expect you to:
• Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
• Assist Food & Beverage servers in all aspects of the dining experience including filling waters and dropping bread at each table upon guest arrival
• Clear tables throughout the meal and reset tables when guests depart
• Prepare service items for each shift which includes polishing glasses and silverware
• Assist in event set up and break down
• Must be able to lift 40 pounds
• No experience needed
• Staff meals provided each shift, scholarship opportunities available for staff and their dependents
