The purpose of the Sports Club Attendant is to greet, interact, and check in all members, guests, and visitors to the Sports Club. This multi-faceted position includes a wide range of duties which require superior hospitality and customer service skills and experience with computers.
General Responsibilities
- Greet everyone in a warm, friendly, and welcoming tone.
- Responsible for answering the phone and providing accurate and appropriate information.
- Accurately account for sales through Point-of-sales systems.
- Responsible for light housekeeping, laundry, and general cleanliness of the Sports Club.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience
- Experience in a private community a plus.
- Knowledge of Point-of Sale systems is helpful.
- Previous customer service experience.
- Positive interpersonal skills required.
- Must be fluent in verbal and written English.
- Basic computer and typing skills are required.
