Troon is seeking an onsite Talent Acquisition Coordinator to provide administrative and recruiting support companywide. This early-career role will primarily focus on administrative tasks related to the hiring process, including posting jobs, preparing offer letters, coordinating background checks, and generating reports. Additionally, this position will assist with sourcing candidates and managing a small number of requisitions as needed. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to support a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This position can be based out of Scottsdale, AZ, Birmingham, AL, or Bradenton, FL.
Essential Duties:
- Responsible for assistance with different aspects of the recruitment process: job posting, resume review, pre-screen potential candidates, schedule and coordinate interviews with department managers.
- Facilitate new hire on-boarding program; initiate pre-employment background checks and obtain drug tests results and ensure records and reports are appropriately maintained. May assist with verification of employment including E-Verify as needed.
- Utilize external job boards/websites to post positions and source candidates as needed.
- Monitor Recruitment inbox and ticketing system to respond to requests and inquiries.
- Create reporting to reflect current recruiting/staffing metrics.
- Participate in recruitment and job fairs.
- Performs other duties as required.

- Ability to maintain the highly confidential nature of HR issues and communications.
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects with overlapping tasks and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong computer proficiency with MS Office, as well as ability to adapt and learn new systems.
- Knowledge of recruiting tools/methods. Previous experience in setting up an online ATS tool a strong plus.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with the HR team, hiring managers and other associates and departments.
Education/Experience:
- Under 2 years prior recruitment/human resources experience preferred.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or related degree preferred.
Physical Demands:
Typical office environment occasionally stands and walks, and frequently sits. Typically requires the routine use of a computer and general office equipment.
