Job Summary
- Position maintains tennis courts and surrounding area, performs general repair, maintenance & janitorial duties and operates light maintenance machinery.
Responsibilities:
- Daily maintenance of all tennis courts including but not limited to : sweeping, lining, and debris removal, Pressure washing, painting, sweeping, and other assigned tasks.
- Prepares the tennis courts for daily play. Notifies the Tennis Shop front desk of daily court conditions.
- Repairs fences, sprinklers, tennis nets and windscreens as needed. Records all work completed in log book.
- Maintain clear communication with members, management, and other associates.
Qualifications:
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
- Willing to work outdoors regardless of weather conditions.
- Must have ability to multi task.
- Excellent communications skills.
- Possess a valid FL driver's license with driving history to meet insurability standards
- Must be able to work a flexible work schedule to include weekends and holidays.
- Prior similar tennis court maintenance experience is preferred
