Position Overview
Trophy Point Investment Group is seeking a Tech & Website Specialist with expertise in WordPress, UX/UI design, and digital platform development. The ideal candidate will also have knowledge of HubSpot CRM to support seamless integration and optimization of customer relationship management. This role focuses on managing company websites, assisting in the creation of an investor portal, and ensuring an exceptional digital user experience.
Key Responsibilities
Website Management
- Maintain and update two company websites, ensuring optimal functionality, performance, and design (WordPress expertise required).
- Monitor website analytics and implement improvements to enhance user experience and engagement.
Investor Portal Development
- Assist in designing and managing a user-friendly investor portal, streamlining communication and access to resources.
HubSpot CRM Integration
- Utilize HubSpot CRM to support customer relationship management processes.
- Ensure website integration with HubSpot for lead capture, pipeline tracking, and reporting.
- Monitor and optimize workflows to improve CRM functionality and usability.
UX/UI Optimization
- Enhance customer engagement by refining UX/UI design to align with user preferences.
- Ensure platforms are intuitive, visually appealing, and customer-centric.
Process Improvement
- Streamline workflows and processes related to customer interactions and platform functionality.
Platform Development
- Assist in developing and optimizing tech platforms to increase lead conversion and improve overall customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in website management and tech operations, with a focus on WordPress and UX/UI design.
- Knowledge of HubSpot CRM with the ability to integrate and optimize its functionalities.
- Experience in assisting with investor portals or similar platform development.
- Strong understanding of process flows and customer-centric platform development.
- Portfolio showcasing website and platform projects is required.
