You’ll be responsible for managing and growing our social media presence, driving brand awareness, and engaging with our community in a voice that is distinctly TrophySmack—edgy, humorous, and sports-focused.
Education : Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or Public Relations.
Experience : 2 years of proven experience in content creation and social media management, demonstrating increasing responsibility and a track record of success.
Social Media Expertise :
- Deep understanding of major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube), including best practices, algorithms, and content formats.
- Proficiency in social media scheduling tools (Sprout Social preferred).
- Experience running paid social media advertising campaigns.
- Strong understanding of social media analytics and reporting, with the ability to track key metrics and extract actionable insights.
- Experience with content creation; thinking outside of the box.
