PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage project turnovers from the Estimating team and input data into our project software.
- Develop and submit Schedule of Values (SOV) for approval before project work begins.
- Oversee project costs, approve invoices, and ensure Estimated Costs at Completion (ECAC) is current.
- Attend jobsite meetings and coordinate schedules with superintendents, subcontractors, and clients.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure approved change orders before implementing changes.
- Champion company policies, goals, and safe working conditions on all projects.
- Identify and relay sales opportunities to the sales team.
- 3 years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial mechanical construction industry.
- Capable of making independent decisions, while still maintaining a team-focused mentality.
- Excellent computer skills; Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Excellent organizational and strong verbal and written skills.
