Job Title: Non-CDL Delivery Driver

Tropic Supply, Florida’s largest independent, family-owned HVAC and refrigeration wholesale distributor, is looking for a Non-CDL Delivery Driver to help keep our customers and team moving.

What You'll Do:
- Drive Tropic Supply trucks and vans to transport and deliver materials to our amazing customers.
- Maintain detailed truck logs and inspect items for any damage.
- Check and maintain your vehicle daily to ensure it's in top shape.
- Safely load and unload cargo with accuracy.
- Lend a hand in the warehouse when needed (including using forklifts and pallet jacks).
- Keep the warehouse tidy and organized.
- Provide top-notch customer service to our clients and build lasting relationships.
- Handle multiple tasks, stay detail-oriented, and keep cool under pressure.

Qualifications
What You Bring to the Table:
- Valid Driver’s License and a Medical Certificate.
- At least six months of verified driving experience.
- One year of general warehouse experience.
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and operate various warehouse equipment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to read and speak English.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to own your role in the team's success.
