We’re looking for a Marketing Specialist who can help us continue to lead the industry by elevating our marketing strategies and supporting our sales team's success.

What You’ll Do:

• Digital Marketing: Own and optimize digital campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and more. Drive awareness and engagement by ensuring our message stands out and reaches the right people!
• Content Creation: Collaborate on creating engaging, fun, and relevant content, including social media updates, newsletters, and promotional materials that speak to our customers and partners.
• Event Marketing: Be the mastermind behind exciting event strategies—trade shows, webinars, product launches, and training events. You'll develop creative plans to increase participation, attendance, and overall engagement, ensuring our brand is always in the spotlight.
• Supplier Collaboration: Build strong partnerships with key suppliers and maximize co-op funds to create impactful joint marketing campaigns that align with our business goals and keep us ahead of the competition.

Qualifications

What You Bring:

• A Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of marketing experience, ideally across a variety of channels.
• Strong writing skills and the ability to communicate ideas clearly and effectively.
• A creative, problem-solving mindset that thrives on finding new solutions.
• Project management skills to juggle multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously.
• Stellar organizational skills and attention to detail.
• The ability to thrive under pressure, manage tight deadlines, and stay cool in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with the ability to work independently when needed.
• Bonus if you have graphic design experience (Adobe Creative Suite) or HVAC/Refrigeration industry experience.
