Our business thrives on innovation, strong relationships, and a commitment to excellence, and now, we’re looking for a Marketing Specialist to help us amplify our brand and drive sales enablement.

This is an on-site position, offering you the opportunity to work directly with our dynamic team in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

What You’ll Do:

Marketing Strategy & Sales Enablement

• Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that support our sales teams and enhance customer engagement.
• Align marketing initiatives with sales goals to generate leads, increase conversions, and strengthen customer loyalty.

Digital Marketing & Content Creation

• Manage and optimize digital campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other key platforms.
• Develop engaging content, including social media posts, newsletters, blog articles, and promotional materials, to capture our audience’s attention.
• Leverage SEO, email marketing, and analytics to refine messaging and maximize impact.

Event Marketing & Brand Promotion

• Plan and execute trade shows, webinars, product launches, and training events to enhance our market presence.
• Develop creative strategies to boost event attendance, engagement, and brand visibility.

Supplier Collaboration & Market Positioning

• Build strong partnerships with key suppliers to create impactful co-branded marketing campaigns.
• Optimize the use of co-op funds to enhance promotional opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications

What You Bring:

• A Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of marketing experience, ideally across a variety of channels.
• Strong writing skills and the ability to communicate ideas clearly and effectively.
• A creative, problem-solving mindset that thrives on finding new solutions.
• Project management skills to juggle multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously.
• Stellar organizational skills and attention to detail.
• The ability to thrive under pressure, manage tight deadlines, and stay cool in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with the ability to work independently when needed.
• Bonus if you have graphic design experience (Adobe Creative Suite) or HVAC/Refrigeration industry experience.
